We have an exciting
opportunity for an experienced, highly talented and motivated individual to
assume the role of Energy Engineer/Project Engineer
in our Energy Services business.
This position provides technical and
design leadership during the acquisition and fulfillment processes of
energy-based contracting projects. The Energy Engineer/ Project Engineer will be
responsible for technical analysis, savings modeling, scope development and
pricing for clients. This position requires experience with acquisition,
technical energy analysis and project development.
Key Result: Design
o Conducts field survey work and
establishes current condition of facility
o Leads client discussions to determine
building/process status and future desired state
o Utilizes knowledge and creativity to
develop energy conservation measures (ECM’s)
o Communicates design vision and leads
design team to estimate and fulfill project ECM’s; estimate, propose and
and oversees the co-development of technical solutions with external partners
Key Result: Team Support
o Leads a design team in project
development, acquisition, and fulfillment of energy based projects
o Supports the development of written
scope of work for formal proposals, estimating and contractual purposes
o Participates in the risk mitigation
review of energy guarantees
and supports sales with client presentations of technical findings
Key Result: Information Management
o Utilizes application knowledge of
building systems to identify and illustrate building energy usage and energy
o Effectively documents and communicates
proposed scope of projects for the purpose of soliciting accurate sub-supplier
